Cancellation Policy
GENERAL POLICIES
By booking with me you are agreeing to the following policies:
BOOKING
All appointments must be made on the booking site. There is a non-refundable & non-transferable $20 fee for booking an appointment. The booking fee will be applied towards your total cost.
Same day appointments & travel appointments are available for an additional fee.
Please leave adequate time between your appointment with me and any plans/responsibilities that you may have directly after. If you have to leave before the service is completed no refunds will be given.
PAYMENT
Apple Pay and cash are accepted. If you would like to pay using the card you booked with then a 3.5% convenience fee will be added to the total. No refunds. All sales final.
RESCHEDULING
All appointments must be rescheduled no later than 24 hours in advance. If you would like to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, you must cancel your appointment and make a new one.
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in 50% of the total booking plus the 3.5% convenience fee being charged to the card on file.
No show, no call, no longer my client. 100% of the total cost will be charged.
COVID/SICK POLICY
I understand that COVID is still among us. That being said, please try and reschedule in advance if you aren’t feeling well. Each client will have 1 “sick pass” every 3 months that will exempt them from the cancellation policy. Sick passes do not accrue. If you have to cancel within 24 hours & do not have a sick pass unfortunately you will be charged the cancellation fee of 50% of the total service.
LATENESS
There is an 8 minute grace period. After 8 minutes a $10 late fee will be added to your appointment total. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. See cancellation policies.
EXTRA GUESTS
No extra guests, please. Must get prior approval for exceptions. Any exceptions will incur a $10 fee per extra guest.
CELL PHONES
Please have cell phones on silent. Cell phone use is not allowed while in the chair unless otherwise stated. Using cell phones during service may elongate the appointment and/or result in less than desired results.
LOYALTY CARDS
Loyalty cards are given at the first appointment. Any referrals, one Google review, and every appointment* can count towards your reward. After 6 stamps/punches/signatures, the 7th appointment is free- up to $100 or $100 off.
*Loyalty cards must be brought to the appointment to receive stamps/punches/signatures. No card = no stamp. If a loyalty card is lost then a new one must be started.

I strive to create an exceptional experience for all of my clients. Following these policies helps me to deliver consistent service to all of my clients. Frequent rescheduling & canceling means my schedule is booked and unavailable to others. As a service and appointment based business, my time is my money.
